We’re wired for connection and creativity. But life is full -- of “shoulds,” of swirling calendars, of constant motion. No wonder we crave deep breaths and moments to exhale. Ideally, in spaces that let us be fully ourselves.

YES! Sessions are part adult recess, part storytelling circle, and part soulful mini-retreat.

You’ll play, reflect, connect, and leave feeling more alive—in an intimate, joy-filled space where everyone is welcome: the Art Bloc Sausalito, owned and run by Chamber member, Rachael Staudt.
