PBID Meeting
Business Improvement District. The second meeting of the interim board of the Downtown Sausalito Property Business Improvement District (DSPBID) will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 8 in the Council Chambers and via Zoom.
The DSPBID was established by the City Council on July 30 after a formal vote of the property owners in the district, who will be responsible for district funding via a parcel tax. Approximately $250,000 is expected to be generated annually for special events, marketing and promotion, and beautification projects.
The City of Sausalito owns property in the downtown area and will contribute to the district budget.
