This culinary adventure showcases an extravagant selection of artful offerings from celebrated chefs at some of America’s most acclaimed hotels, complemented by specially chosen wines from premier wineries. Somm Phenom: Wine Tasting with Master Sommelier Carlton McCoy
From The Little Nell in Aspen, Carlton McCoy is a Lexus partner and one of the weekend’s special guests. Distinguished as one of just 211 Master Sommeliers worldwide, he leads the special afternoon session. It’s highlighted by an exclusive tasting of scarce Charles Krug vintages dating back to the sixties, with commentary by vintner Peter Mondavi. Small bites by Angela Tamura (Pebble Beach Resorts®) and Bernard Ibarra (Terranea Resort) complement the event.
