Sausalito Village Monthly Meeting
Natalie Krelle-Zepponi, RD, will discuss nutrition for older adults. Bring your own lunch. Water and cookies will be provided. Krelle-Zepponi is Senior Nutritionist with Marin County Health and Human Services. The talk will focus on the importance of protein and its many good sources, as well as safe food-handling. The presentation will include a hands-on demonstration and sampling. Sausalito Village is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing a support system for Sausalito residents who wish to remain in their own homes as they grow older.
