Amuse Bouche: Profiterole au Chêvre (choux pastry, goat cheese, quince chutney mango)
1st Course: (choice of) Coquille St-Jacques Gratinée (seafood béchamel gratin, prawns, mussels, scallops); Home-made duck foie gras; Velouté de Salsifis (salsify, chive crème fraiche)
2nd Course: (choice of) Seared Black COD with duo asparagus, parsnip purée, champagne beurre blanc; Filet Mignon; Chestnuts Risotto
Dessert: Opera au Chocolat (coffee almond sponge cake, creme anglaise, raspberry)
