The Sausalito 4th of July tradition continues! There is a full day of fun starting with a parade, then a picnic, and then the famous Sausalito Fireworks show.
The annual parade through town begins at 10:00am at the intersection of Second and Main Street, heads down Bridgeway, detours down Caledonia, and ends at the judging tent in front of Robin Sweeny Park.
After the parade is our very own home town picnic. It starts at 12:00pm with a live 80’s cover band 80’s A GoGo, food is brought to you by the Sausalito Rotary Club and Galilee Harbor.
There will be dancing, and family-fun games like the famous tug-o-war and the traditional City Wide Egg Toss with eggs donated by Mollie Stones.
The party then moves to Gabrielson Park for music from 6:30pm-9:30pm by Pride and Joy a bay area original party band. The music will fill the evening air in anticipation of the grand finale to a fun filled day. Richardson’s Bay provides a beautiful view and front row seating to our very own fireworks display off Spinnaker Point. Fireworks start approximately at 9:00pm.
Reserve the best seat in the house! Tables for six can be rented for $120 for residents and $130 for non-residents by calling 415-289-4152.
