Members of the Sausalito Sustainability Commission will join us to discuss the goals of the Climate Action Plan, and their work to help shape the forthcoming Sausalito General Plan. Specific topics will include: Single Use Plastics Ban: how it will impact local businesses when it goes into effect in June 2020. • EV Charging Stations in Sausalito: an update on the Commission’s work to bring stations to the city • Recycling/Composting service: Efforts to reach zero waste goals by educating and encouraging local residents and businesses to properly sort materials. Admission is free but space is limited.
