Through the use of markers, paper and astute observation, Joe creates a very personal translation of pop culture with his explosive drawing style and direct honesty. Inspired by grafitti, music, comics and popular imagery the resulting pop art symbolizes the profuse energy we are influenced by every day. Its the combination of graf messaging and character doodles that record our complex relationship with the culture we live in.
