I was showing an interest in art at a very young age- However in those days, it wasn’t encouraged as we were supposed to be lawyers or doctors- none of which interested me.
I then moved from Boston (and a few years in NYC) to the West Coast and was clothing manufacturer for 30 years. I worked with artists and designers and was able to project my ideas through their hands.
Due to the climate change in the industry and the trend to imports I decided it was time for me to explore my own creativity through my hands and heart- with a quiet whisper from a friend my “creative nirvana” blossomed into “assemblage style” art. I enjoy driving around the salvage yards, garage sales and long walks always looking and finding the next objects of inspiration.
