This marks my 16th year in the Sausalito Art Festival, my favorite in all my years doing art shows. At the 1989 Festival I introduced “Demando Cat” and it launched my career.
Although humor is a tiny fraction of the whole fine art world it’s one that I love to do. My mission is to make myself laugh and also do the most beautiful painting I possibly can. The rest is up to your funny bone.
My subject matter is only confined to what makes me laugh: dogs, cats, lawyers, middle age, wine, golf, taxes, food. Everything actually has humor in there somewhere. Luckily, I’m able to find it.
You see, God gave me this strange set of contact lenses and this is how I see reality.

` Our galleries in Sausalito & Mendocino are full of laughing employees and customers which motivates me to do more and reach for the stars. A book is in the works for the holidays.
